UniHelp is your first port of call for general student enquiries. Advisors are they to refer you to appropriate specialist teams, make an appointment for you to see a specialist or direct you to appropriate workshops or drop-in sessions.

After listening to your feedback about how you get in touch, UniHelp have launched a new online chat service to make it easier for students to contact them.

When can I use Chat?

Online Chat is available during term time:

• Monday to Friday -  8:30am to 9pm
• Saturday and Sunday  - 11am to 5:30pm
