Being a student already has its challenges, with deadlines to meet and lectures to attend. It's difficult enough to find time to work so you can afford to keep a roof over your head. But choosing between keeping your heating on versus having a hot meal should be the least of your worries!

That's why Middlesex University is addressing this issue by making sure you can get a free hot meal when coming to campus. Yes, you read that right, a FREE hot meal! From Monday 3rd October, free breakfasts and dinners twice a week from the hot food counter will be available in the Quad. 

 Porridge will be served on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.30am to 9.30am

Vegetable gumbo will be served on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
