Make a student union plinth in the Scholars courtyard

The area where the fountain is in the scholars Court yard could be used as a mobile plinth like the public plinth in Trafalgar Square for either societies and groups or courses and departments to do a display/art installation even performance art to promote and celebrate their group/societies etc.
It's a bit of a drab space at the moment as a its the first thing you notice when you enter the courtyard.
It would be good to have some student ownership over a space that is so public.

Let's have more student ownership of the scholars courtyard with rotating displays, exhibitions and performances by students for everyone to enjoy and see what other Subject Areas are doing 😀
