Call on the government to consider holding debates in Parliment beetween MPs and university students to discuss and solve the following issues:

1 - Students tuition fee reduction of 50% for all courses that are significantly practice-based and that have therefore fundamentally suffered from covid-19. The closure of workshops, studios, laboratories and all crafts production places has made it impossible for the student-practitioners to practice. Therefore it raises fundamental questions on the validity of the terms of the contract that underpins the tuition fee.

2 - The moral, legal, psychilogical and financial recognition of detriment. 

3 - How much the reduction should be for non-practice base courses that have also suffered from covid-19.
