With less than one week until the MDXmas Market kicks off at midday on Thursday 3rd December, we thought we'd share a bit more about what we have in store!

As with any great Christmas market, MDXmas will include a wide selection of stalls - over forty in total - selling handmade jewellery, clothing, crafts, cards, soaps, phone accessories and more! Lots of opportunities to grab some gifts before the last minute rush (or treat yourself for making it to the end of term!).

We'll also have a variety of food and drink vendors, selling traditional Christmas favourites like mulled wine and mince pies, as well as jerk chicken, pies, pasties and more, plus the ever-popular MDX BBQ - because turkey is over-rated after all... You'll also be able to pick up some sweet treats to nibble on while you shop - from popcorn and candy floss to pic and mix.

Once you've had your fill of shopping and food, get even deeper into the festive spirit with some of the fun and games on offer: chill with santa in his sleigh, try your hand at reindeer hoopla, get to know some four-legged friends, take some photos in our giant snow globe and test out your skiing skills!

The MDXmas Market will be held in the Scholars Courtyard on campus between 12pm and 7pm on Thursday 3rd December. It's free to attend, though some games and activities will incur a small extra charge.
